So – first on our exhaustive list is www.aa.com – the online home of American Airlines. Now- according to my dictionary, ‘aa’ is actually less an international airline with “lots to offer our customers in the U.S. and around the globe” and more a “basaltic lava having a rough surface.” Now, I’ve never flown with AA, but pound to a penny it’s better than a transatlantic crossing on a bit of volcanic rock. Then again, would an airline look nice if I polished it and put it on my mantlepiece? The jury is still out on that.

A disappointing start to our dictionarificational odyssey. I believe that single letter domain names are basically outlawed… but that’s fine, because it means that we’re looking at 26 fewer websites to look at!

At this rate, we’ll be done for tea time.
