The dictionary’s pretty big. By my reckoning, there must be hundreds of words in it. Maybe thousands! Who knows? Hell – I’m just not that much of a scientist. I know that technically this page, so far, doesn’t amount to a mission statement as such – and I apologise if its offended you. Anyway – on with the show:
“This website will document the domain held at every word in the dictionary”
I’m sure I read somewhere that effective mission statements are straightforward and actionable. I think that fits the bill, although it isn’t very elegantly worded. Maybe I’ll look at it again when I get up to something zany like ‘xylophone’
